Dear Ministry of Health and Social Welfare,

I hope this message finds you well.

Pursuant to the **Freedom of Information Act, 2010 I respectfully request access to aggregated statistical data held by the Ministry of Health concerning the prescribing, dispensing, procurement, distribution, reimbursement, utilisation, or consumption of the following medicinal products during the period 2014–2025 (or the longest period available):

Lithium (ATC N05AN01), including all lithium carbonate and lithium citrate products.
Clozapine (ATC N05AH02), including all clozapine-containing products.

I kindly request that the data be provided separately for lithium and clozapine and, where possible, separately for each corresponding product and strength.

Specifically, I request annual data for all products containing the above active substances, including, where available:

* Brand name.
* Strength.
* Pack size.

For each product and for each year, I respectfully request the following information, where available:

* Number of packs dispensed, supplied, procured, distributed, reimbursed, or otherwise provided.
* Number of tablets, capsules, vials, or other dosage units dispensed, supplied, procured, distributed, reimbursed, or otherwise provided.
* Utilisation or consumption volume.
* Procurement, purchasing, reimbursement, or expenditure data associated with these medicines.
* Any reports, statistical summaries, administrative datasets, spreadsheets, database extracts, or other records relating to the utilisation of lithium- or clozapine-containing products.

This request concerns only aggregated statistical and administrative information and does not seek personal data or information capable of identifying individual patients.
