in reply to your request of information on Mr. Joseph Richards a white
South African and his his business here in Liberia in the Area of Tourism,
Leisure, hospitality and Love for environment, i am please to inform you
that the Bureau of Tourism here at the ministry of Information Culture and
tourism don't have any information on this Individual and Business in
tourism and other areas. before an individual open a business in tourism
he/she must register with the tourism department of this entity where
his/her name will be recorded in its directory of investors in tourism in
Liberia and will also be issue a guidelines
.
