Dear Ministry of Foreign Affairs,
I earlier sent you a request for information which is making available a copy of the mental health law to me as provided by law. Since my request, it has taken more than the time frame require to respond to one request but unfortunately I am yet to hear from you.

I am writing this note as a reminder to make available my requested document (mental health law of Liberia copy) as it is my entitlement by law.. accordingly , every authority that is holding public document should promptly respond to any request for information in its posession.
